Lowest Long Term Life Cycle Costings

Over a typical 30 year period of a dwelling's maintenance, the total lifecycle costs of a traditional fan would be two and a half times as much as the EnviroVent 'filterless' extract fan! Assuming 1000 fans are initially installed in a social housing programme, £575,000 would be saved over this 30-year period and the environment would benefit by not having 5,000 replacement fans sent to landfill sites.
