The EnviroVent loft mounted unit is a sophisticated whole home ventilation and condensation control unit for homes with a loft space.
The first of a modular ventilation system, the EnviroVent loft mounted unit gently ventilates the home from a central position on the landing in a house or the central hallway in a bungalow.
The EnviroVent loft mounted unit is designed to eradicate condensation from the home. Energy efficient, the units introduce an almost imperceptible air supply throughout the house to transform a stagnant, muggy atmosphere into a fresh, healthy, condensation free environment.

Energy Efficiency and Performance
The EnviroVent loft mounted unit utilises the latest technology to ensure minimum energy consumption and long term trouble free life. The 140 x 220mm centre mounted forward curve centrifugal fan is powered by a 2 phase Ultra Low Watt Brushless DC Motor for quiet and efficient running. A microprocessor controls air supply according to environmental and user selected settings. The motor electronics are designed for the best possible energy conversion and performance.
The unit takes maximum advantage of the benefits of solar gain from the loft space - the natural accumulation of heat from the sun on bright days. The incoming air also mixes with warm air that accumulates at ceiling level and helps to re-distribute heat around the home.

Vapour laden air is diluted, displaced and replaced with clean, tempered and filtered air, eliminating or reducing surface condensation, which causes mould growth. |
